You already know what you're doing. You just can't seem to stop.

Insight is NOT your prob.

You've read the books, downloaded the apps, probably done therapy at some point. And yet here you are...still white-knuckling it, still running on empty, still feeling like a phony when life slows down.

Do any of these archetypes resonate?

The Overthinker

You replay conversations on a loop, plan for every possible disaster, and then zone out for hours just to get some relief.

The Giver

You're the first to offer grace and compassion to others, and the last to believe you deserve any of it. Receiving gifts, compliments...even help, is enough to give you hives.

The Hyper-Self Aware One

You can name your patterns in excruciating detail. You just can't seem to break them alone.

The Overachiever

Your achievements might be stem from a fear response. Relaxing doesn't feel safe. Quiet comes with dread. You keep moving because stopping is scarier.

If you've been doing life on hard mode for a long time: working overtime on relationships that drain you, a mind that turns on you when things get quiet, or a mind that never gets off your back, I gotch you.

Who I work with

I work with women who are brilliant at taking care of everyone, self-aware, and high-functioning. They are often the first to offer grace to a stranger and last to extend any to themselves. The ones whose inner critic would make them cringe if they heard it said out loud to someone they loved. The ones with oldest daughter energy who are TIRED.

What brings them in is usually something specific: a relationship that keeps breaking the same way, a pattern they can see but can't break, hitting a wall in career growth, a creeping numbness they can't explain, or just a quiet suspicion that something needs to change

Not just talking about it

I'm trained as a psychodynamic therapist, which means I'm less interested in handing you a framework and more interested in understanding you: the specific, complicated, contradictory, deeply human version of you that showed up in this particular life with this particular way.

We follow the thread. We sit with all. the. things. We notice what keeps coming up, what you avoid, what lights you up. I bring DBT and behavioral tools into this work when they're useful, because sometimes you need a concrete skill to get through the week. And insight without tools only gets you so far. We make space to honor the pain you’ve been ignoring and foster the bravery to be in your body when vulnerability knocks.

A big part of what we do together is get you back into your body. Most of my clients have spent years living from the neck up—analyzing, planning, ruminating, etc. Nervous system regulation isn't a wellness trend. It's how the skills we practice actually start to stick and how we use the body as an incredible resource. Because we all have a compass within!
