Work smarter. Not harder.

So you have the insight. You know the patterns. You've read the books, downloaded the apps, listened to all the podcasts. And yet, you are still white-knuckling it, still running on fumes, still wondering why knowing better isn't the same as doing better.
It's not a willpower problem.
It's a skills problem.
What Group Is
A weekly skills group that actually gives you momentum.
This is a virtual DBT skills group for adults who are done just talking about their problems and ready to practice their way out of them. DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) was originally developed for people who felt everything too intensely and couldn't find their way back. Turns out, and research backs this, it works for a lot of us. It's built around practical, evidence based skills that are totally learnable for managing emotions, stress, and relationships.
Think of it more like a structured practice with real tools you can use the same week you learn them and a built in community to reinforce growth and cheer you along the way. We meet once a week for one hour, virtually. The curriculum covers hundreds of skills, so there's always something new. Each session combines learning, real practice, and the kind of honesty you rarely get anywhere else. You'll track your own patterns, complete short homework exercises, and actually feel yourself changing—not just endlessly searching for the why of it all.

DBT group work is one of the best investments you'll make in yourself.
Let’s break it down. Individual therapy in Massachusetts runs $175–$250 a session. This group is $65 for an evidence-based, clinician-led hour that most people describe as more immediately useful than years of talk therapy alone.
It's absolutely a worthy investment of your time, your money. AND it's the most accessible version of real, structured mental health support to help you build a life that is swoon worthy. And need-based scholarship applications are available if cost is genuinely a barrier.
On being in a group with strangers
Nervous about sitting in a room with people you don't know?
That makes complete sense.
Most people who join have never done group work before. That's exactly why I ask for a 6-week commitment in the beginning-it's enough time to let the butterflies settle, get your bearings, and actually feel what group can do.
Here's the magical thing about working with strangers though: you don't have to perform for them. You don't have their history, their expectations, or their feelings about who you are. And TBH, it's one of the most freeing and transformative parts of group. You’re also surrounded by people on the same path. You can show up exhausted, hangry, and unraveled. We accept you as you come.
Another bonus is the people in that group will remind you of relationships in your real life in ways that become their own kind of medicine. As always, what happens in group stays in group. Vegas rules.
Here's what people walk away with...

Real tools for your nervous system—not concepts, not theory. Things you use the same week you learn them.

The ability to feel your emotions without being taken over by them or running for the hills.

Boundaries that don't come with a five-day guilt hangover.

A community of people who actually get it without having to perform or caretake for anyone.

The realization that you're not the only one.
Your healing love story era and talking to yourself the way you'd talk to someone you actually love.

Group is a good fit if you...
-
People-please and self abandon like it's your job
-
Overthink endlessly, then zone out to recover
-
Want community without having to perform
-
Can see your patterns but can't break them
-
Want tools, not just talk
Not the right fit if...
-
Are in acute crisis right now and lack day to day stability
-
Have significantly active and dangerous self-harm
-
Need a higher level of care first
Not sure? Reach out and we'll figure it out together.
The first step is a free 15 minute phonecall. No commitment beyond that. No wrong questions. Just a conversation to make sure it's the right fit.
